Whenever I insert my USB drive, it somehow manages to turn my normal files into .exe files and creates hidden file copies as well. This way, I can't even acess the normal file because it's saved as .exe (which shouldn't happen on a Mac) and the hidden files don't always copy over. I have, in the past, copy pasted these hidden files successfully though. Does this mean I've already put my Mac at risk? Also, every time I reformat my USB, three hidden files remain: .seventsd, .Spotlight-V100, and .Trashes. Does this mean my Mac is at risk or already infected? If it's already infected, are there any reliable anti virus/malware softwares for Macs that can tackle this problem? Thanks!
